All wellness insights are non-clinical, informational only, and must not be used for medical decision-making.

INTRODUCTION

These Terms govern access to the IVC Health Digital Wellness Platform operated by IVC Health (Pty) Ltd and affiliated entities.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE PLATFORM

• The Platform provides wellness insights, educational content, and care navigation support.

• It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or monitor medical conditions.

CAMERA-BASED WELLNESS INSIGHTS (rPPG)

• Camera-based wellness indicators are non-clinical and not medical measurements.

• No facial images or video recordings are stored.

CONNECTED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

• Third-party healthcare providers operate independently.

• IVC Health does not provide or control medical services.

NON-MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

• IVC Health is not a healthcare provider or medical device.

EMERGENCY NOTICE

• The Platform is not intended for emergency use.

USER ELIGIBILITY

• Users must be 13 years or older.

• Users under 18 require guardian consent.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

• Personal Information is processed in accordance with POPIA and GDPR.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Users are responsible for maintaining login security.

DATA RETENTION & DELETION

• Data is deleted unless legally required.

PROHIBITED USE

• Users may not rely on wellness insights for medical decisions.

APP STORE TERMS

THIRD-PARTY DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS (APPLE APP STORE & GOOGLE PLAY STORE)

• IVC Health may make the Software available through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

APPLE-ENABLED SOFTWARE

• Use must comply with Apple App Store rules.

• Apple is not responsible for maintenance or warranties.

GOOGLE PLAY-ENABLED SOFTWARE

• Use must comply with Google Play rules.

• Google has no maintenance obligations.

THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES

• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• All content and software are owned by or licensed to IVC Health.

• Users may not copy, modify, or exploit content without consent.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• The Platform is provided “as is”.
